Internet service - I recently obtained high speed internet service in my area. After ordering the service was scheduled for install. The tech arrived but found an issue with the provisioning which was rectified the same day. I received good quality service until last week when the service unavailable. The rep promised a call by 9am the next morning to schedule a repair time; you guessed it no call. No calls on Thursday or Friday prompting another call. It was discovered that the service had been disconnected with no apparent reason and the tech could not help me and suggested I call the billing office since the service was no longer added to my account (of course they were already closed). A Nine AM call on Saturday morning revealed that the service had been disconnected but no indication of why. The rep promised repair to be completed on Saturday yet here I sit working from my cellular aircard. I am thinking a call to the FCC and PSC is warranted tomorrow in addition to yet another call to the vendor. ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!
